What is Ajust?

Ajust is a platform for consumers to manage painful interactions with businesses. We use AI to help consumers get heard, without all the effort.

Our vision is for every consumer to have strong, stable and sustainable relationships with the businesses they choose to spend money on. Currently, we focus on resolving complaints – but in the future, we’ll also help consumers to select providers, negotiate better deals, get customer support and more.

We dream big and work incrementally. Here are some of our long-term ambitions:

+ End the sludge. Consumers won’t need to fight to have strong relationships with businesses and other organisations.

+ Liberate Karen. In an Ajust future, there’s no need for consumers to be demanding to get what they deserve.

+ Extinct waiting on hold. Say no more.

+ Grow consumer trust in businesses. The best businesses will be businesses that listen to their customers.

+ Pioneer a new breed of company centred on “doing lots of good things”.
