AI has unlocked immense efficiency, and the future of outsized returns lies in supporting small, agile teams working in niche markets.
To thrive, these teams must master two tools: AI and community leverage.
We’ve built Community VC as a way for founders to gather initial momentum, our Skool program to teach founder about best-practice nurturing and comms for invetors and Iceberg as a way to snowball contacts, nurture and engage them in a system.
CVC built our own supporterbase of 100 highly vetted, committed and outspoken investors, advisors and advocates in order to fast track everything we have built to-date organically. It includes all the capital we’ve raised, our dealflow, all of our hires and the name we’ve built in 6months – we can put all of that down to those 100 amazing humans who believe in our mission.
The benefit for our supporters is they’ve been able to follow, engage and support our mission in exactly the ways they want to. Whether via the right channel, frequency or incentive – it works for all parties.
We’ve been trialling our supporter attraction, nurturing and activation methodology and systems with over 100 founders for their first 10, 100 & 1000 supporters to more efficiently raise capital and get help – and it’s working extremely well.
